A Little About Me

I've spent my career doing one thing: building B2B sales teams that actually win in the United States, not by outspending the competition, but by out-positioning them. I've built multiple high-functioning sales organizations from the ground up, taking teams from inconsistent, price-driven selling to a defined process that closes on value.

Some of that work has been domestic. A lot of it hasn't. I've worked directly with international technical service teams, sharp operators with real expertise, who struggled to translate that expertise into revenue once they tried to sell into the U.S. market. American buyers evaluate trust, risk, and value differently than buyers anywhere else, and most technical firms are never taught that difference. I have been.
